ADS/Transicoil can design rotary and linear actuators with planetary or redundant spur power geartrains or a combination of both. All geartrains are long life, high torque density, low backlash units. Feedback components can be packaged integrally with anti-backlash, spring-loaded geartrains. Motor choices include AC induction and synchronous DC brush-type and brushless steppers.
