ADS/Transicoil develops and manufactures custom liquid crystal displays (LCDs) in dichroic, FMTN (first minima twisted nematic), Heilmeier and multiplexed STN (super twisted nematic) technologies.

Displays are assembled into "sandwich-like" configurations. Active areas or patterns are formed via indium tin oxide (ITO). Polarizers, anti-reflection coating, transflectors, heaters and color paint masks are added in compliance to customer requirements.
